TERMS
Terms of Service
Effective August 29, 2026
These terms govern use of Rhakel, a technology platform operated by Rhakel LLC that helps independent businesses manage services, staff, availability and appointments.
Rhakel's role
Rhakel provides scheduling technology. Each participating business independently provides its services and is responsible for its pricing, quality, licensing, availability, refunds, cancellations, safety and other business policies. A customer's service arrangement is with the individual business, not Rhakel LLC.
Accounts and responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Business owners are responsible for authorized users on their account and for configuring services, staff, schedules, communications and public information accurately.
Acceptable use
You may use Rhakel only lawfully and as intended. You may not disrupt or probe the service, bypass access controls, misuse customer information, impersonate another person or business, upload malicious material, send unlawful communications, or use the platform to facilitate fraud, abuse or infringement.
Business content
Businesses retain responsibility for content they upload, including profile information, logos and gallery images. By providing content, a business authorizes Rhakel to host, process and display it as needed to operate the platform. The business must have the rights and permissions needed for that content.
Reviews and moderation
Eligible customers may submit reviews after completed appointments. Rhakel may review, approve, reject, hide or remove content to enforce platform standards, address reports or protect the service. Moderation does not make Rhakel responsible for the underlying business service or reviewer statement.
Service availability
We work to keep Rhakel reliable, but availability may be interrupted for maintenance, security, network failure or circumstances outside reasonable control. Features may change as the service develops. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Suspension and termination
Rhakel may restrict, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment when billing applies, or investigate a material violation of these terms. Businesses may stop using the service subject to applicable account and retention requirements.
Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rhakel is not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, policies or services of independent businesses.
Communications and changes
Users may receive service, account and transactional appointment communications necessary to operate Rhakel. We may update these terms as the platform evolves and will identify material revisions through an updated effective date or other appropriate notice.
